Terms & Conditions with Cancelation
EXTRA PERSON COST:
Children 5 years are complementary in the parent’s room without an extra bed. Milk/Food for infants or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payable at the hotel.
Note: In case False Information (Fake Age) has been conveyed to us by the customers, we have the full right to extract a fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Check-In & Check-out Time is as per Hotel's/Homestays' Policies (early check-in is subject to availability).
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the Hotel/Homestay. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
In a few tourist destinations, the facilities of Homestay, Services, Aids, etc. can’t be matched to developed destinations. Homestays are categorized based on location, Services, and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3*, and so on.
We may have to reschedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument or subject to weather conditions during that day as to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
Extra costs may be applied for any unexpected event.
Final confirmation acceptance should be only on a written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of the confirmation letter.
We can’t guarantee special inclusion service due to unavailability or any other reason. Customers can’t claim if special inclusion is not provided.
We are not responsible for missing luggage. Guests are requested to check vehicles/ rooms before they release/ depart.
We are not liable for any accidental or death insurance or claiming or settlement or unwanted illegal activities/persecution for guests for traveling on the above-mentioned route. We will guide you or help to inform you at the nearest Police Station.
We are not liable for any health problem or accidental issue or death issue of each guest. We will guide or help to admit the hospital and inform guest relatives (if contact detail is available with us) and guest relatives will take care of direct payment basis. The Route may cover very remote areas, so guests should be aware of that before booking.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs due to Bad weather, Snow Fall, Strike, Landslides, Political turmoil, or any unwanted reason. Hotel/Homestay can be changed in a fall situation for your convenience, no refund in any case and an extra charge on a direct payment basis.
All Homestay / Vehicle owners are responsible for the services they provide. Must be addressed immediately to the respective owners.
Each guest must carry personal Medicines.
POSTPONE/PREPONE POLICY:
In case a client wishes to prepone/postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us minimum 30 days prior to journey date via mail.
Customers can postpone/prepone their tour once (if intimated before 30 days of the travel date in writing). However, postponing & preponing later with additional charges. Additional charges will be paid before the journey starts.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, transporters etc.) may apply to postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirements. In such cases postpone/prepone charges of service providers will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services, and the cost will be subject to availability of Hotel / Transport and Season / Off Season time.We do not accept any change in plan within 20 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, packages can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payments are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
We have the right to reschedule the site-seeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover the Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in writing and the advance amount is non-refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows: –
On or before 30 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
29 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 70% of the total tour cost.
